Meet the Directors


Mrs. Nayana Williams -Managing Director & CEO

Mrs. Williams is the company's founder and its CEO since 2005. She has a wide range of business experiences in different industries, an asset to the Company over the years. With an eye for detail and a clear vision of the company she manages the day to operation of the Company directing and controlling the work and resources of the company to ensure the achievements of its vision, mission and goals. Mrs. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master in International Law from the University of Cumbria/RKC.


Devon L. Williams -Director & COO

Mr. Williams is a co-founder of Lifespan and has been the Chief Operating Officer for more than 10 years. He is the practical genius and instrumental force in the engineering and design of the Lifespan facility. His technical expertise and varied background has allowed Lifespan to operate at an optimum and efficient rate. His natural talent for engineering and construction has been an asset to the development of the company. Mr. Williams graduated from the Jamaica Maritime Training Institute with a degree in Nautical Science and a Marine Navigation IMO License.


Stacey Hines-Chairman

As a passionate business woman with an entrepreneurial spirit, Stacey actively seeks out ways to empower and mentor others through various mediums. Stacey is an outstanding speaker and facilitator with the ability to engage an audience in both business and personal settings. Stacey believes in creating the possibility of excellence for herself and others by being open to continuous self-improvement and fostering the creation of opportunities with relentless determination.
Stacey holds an MBA in International Business and Technology as well as a BSc in Computer Information Systems


Richard Chin -Director

After living in England for many years working successfully with Lockheed, Richard Chin returned to Jamaica to start his own band (E=Mc2) and moved into the film industry. Richard Chin is the authorized distributor of Schaeffer’s Lubricants in Jamaica, supplying the manufacturing sector with lubricants, parts and machinery.” Mr. Chin’s dynamic background mixed with his sound business acumen and experiences is a contributing asset to the creative direction of the company.


Crystal Barrows-McDonald -Director

Mrs. McDonald is a graduate of the University of the West Indies. Her fresh approach combined with her experience in Customer Service brings to the company practical contributions on the way forward.


Gregory Pearce -Director

Mr. Pearce is a Chartered Accountant. He has years of experience in Accounting, Auditing and Financial Management Services and brings to the board the necessary ethical standards required in directing the accounting standards of the Company.


Cristina Matalon -Company Secretary

Mrs. Matalon is the Company Secretary. She has significant experience in matters of Company Law and Corporate Governance, having served on the Boards of both public and private companies for over 22 years, as well as managing mergers, acquisitions and divestments.


Sandra Glasgow -Mentor

Mrs. Glasgow is the company’s Mentor. She is the Founder and Managing Director of BizTactics Limited, a consulting company dedicated to mentoring growth-aspiring firms and promoting best-in-class corporate governance in the Caribbean.
