Diane is Experienced in shaping corporate and strategic direction and grown businesses both Locally and in the UK and built a strong and growing consumer brand and led Jamaica's economic development agency for 6 years. Diane has I have a strong mix of public and private sector experience, with a blend of skills from company innovation to driving sales.

Nayana Williams is the visionary founder and CEO of Lifespan Company Limited, a role she has held since 2005. With a strong focus on strategic leadership, Nayana has dedicated herself to developing and articulating the company’s vision and mission, to ensure that all operations align with long-term objectives. Her expertise in high-level decision-making and complex problem-solving enables her to navigate challenges effectively, while implementing robust processes to enhance organizational efficiency.

Nayana places a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and development, by building a resilient leadership team capable of meeting the company's evolving needs. She is also committed to identifying potential risks and establishing mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations. His technical expertise and varied background has allowed Lifespan to operate at an optimum and efficient rate. His natural talent for engineering and construction has been an asset to the development of the company. Mr. Williams graduated from the Jamaica Maritime Training Institute with a degree in Nautical Science and Marine Navigation up to the level of Third Officer and holds an IMO License. He is also an aviation Pilot and has a Commercial Pilot’s License.
