Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in the use of SAP B1, Microsoft Office Suite in particular MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
· Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues
· Knowledge of First Aid/CPR
· Able to sit, stand and walk around for long periods at a time

• Accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.
• Preparation of weekly payables report.
• Review vendor statements and ensure reconciling items are cleared.
• Research and resolve accounting issues with internal and external customers.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of audit schedules.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
• BSc in Accounting or related business discipline
• Two years’ working experience in a similar capacity
• Proficient in the use of accounting software [SAP]
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to analyse data, solve problems and exercise good judgement
